This personal data, cookies and tracking pixels protection policy describes how data processing is carried out by Maison Taittinger, from its collection through to its use, and how your personal data is protected, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the recommendations of the CNIL.

Data Collected

Maison Taittinger collects only the data that is strictly necessary, in particular:

• identification information (surname, first name, email, telephone, country of residence, age);
• browsing data (cookies, IP address, device type);
• information relating to any bookings or purchases.

Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*). Without this information, your request cannot be processed.

Purpose of Processing

Your data may be used for the following purposes:

• manage your bookings, purchases or requests for information;
• personalise your experience and our communications, where applicable;
• analyse traffic to the Site and improve our services;

Data Retention

Data is retained for a period appropriate to the purpose of the processing, after which it is deleted or anonymised in accordance with applicable regulations.

Data used for commercial prospecting purposes is retained for a maximum period of three (3) years from your last contact with us.

Your data is accessible only to authorised departments of Maison Taittinger and to its technical service providers acting on its behalf, who are subject to a confidentiality obligation.

Data Security

Maison Taittinger implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data. However, despite these precautions, no system for transmitting or storing data over the Internet can guarantee absolute security.

The Site is not intended for persons who have not reached the legal age for alcohol consumption. Maison Taittinger does not knowingly collect or retain data concerning such persons.
