Environmental Characteristics

In accordance with Decree No. 2022-748 of 29 April 2022, issued under the French AGEC law (Anti-Waste for a Circular Economy), Maison Taittinger is committed to informing its consumers about the environmental qualities and characteristics of its products.

 

Commitment to Transparency

 

Taittinger CCVC undertakes to communicate the following information for each of its packaging materials:

 

  • their recyclability rate
  • the proportion of recycled material used
  • the presence of any hazardous substances
  • the appropriate sorting instructions to follow

 

This information is intended to raise awareness among our customers of responsible and circular consumption, in line with the House’s environmental commitments.

Governing Law

 

This information is provided in accordance with applicable French and European legislation. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Reims.
